Where is this forecast going to break?

Humanistics

Agency spend has run 40% over plan since March, and two of the five deals holding up the forecast have gone quiet. Here’s the exposure, line by line.

  • Checked
  • QuickBooks
  • Salesforce
  • ADP

Pick your seat. This is the kind of thing yours tells you before anyone asks.

Your company already knows.
You don’t.

The answer is in there. It’s just in eight places.

  • QuickBooksRevenue, as of the fifth
  • SalesforceFourteen deals at 90%
  • JiraHenderson order: waiting
  • SlackThe supplier thread
  • ExcelThe forecast, version 7
  • NetSuiteThree open purchase orders
  • Your own softwareThe system your team built
  • Monthly reportsArrive on the fifth. Already old.

One platform.
Customized to each leader.

Your own chief-of-staff superintelligence. Ask in plain English; it answers from your real numbers, through your view of the company.

  1. Connect

We connect it to everything you run: off-the-shelf apps, in-house software, databases, spreadsheets. Nothing gets replaced.

  2. Customize

A person from Humanistics builds each connection by hand, then tunes it to what you need to see and how you think.

  3. Ask

It answers with live numbers, the reason, and which systems it checked. Then it keeps learning: your view, your priorities, sharper every month.

Who are you?

What’s going to miss this quarter, and why?

Humanistics

Two things. The Q3 launch is three weeks behind because a supplier slipped in June. And the Northeast pipeline is 30% weaker than the forecast says.

An example exchange. Yours answers from your own numbers.

Built for you.
By a person.

Thirty years of doing this by hand went into the platform. Real people from Humanistics still set yours up, one leader at a time.

  1. Sits with you.

Learns what keeps you up at night, and what you need to see.

  2. Connects it all.

Every system you run, off the shelf or home-grown. Nothing replaced.

  3. Tunes it to you.

Until it thinks the way you do. Then it keeps learning.

Five leaders.
Five different builds.

For companies with a hundred people or more. One platform, customized to the way each leader sees the company, and learning that view as it goes.

What you get back.

Time

Three weeks becomes three minutes.

A status on a hundred projects, the moment you ask.

Effort

Eight systems become one question.

No digging through reports. Ask in plain English; it correlates the way you would.

Money

Month four becomes week two.

The slip caught while it still costs a conversation, not the quarter.

Stress

Hoping becomes knowing.

Walk into the board meeting already holding the answer.

Three steps.

One meeting

Tell us what keeps blindsiding you.

We customize it

We connect everything you run, whatever it is, sit with each leader, and tune it until it thinks like them. You don’t change anything.

You ask. It answers.

Measurable change in ninety days or less.

What’s included

Results you can measure.

30%

Better project results, at least, in a short time frame.

90 days

Or less to measurable change in sales, retention, production, marketing.

Zero

New technology to buy. It connects to what you already run.

The first board meeting
where nobody is surprised.

Same room. Same board. Drag to see what changes.

With Humanistics: she presents calmly from her laptop and the board leans in
Before: she searches a stack of printed reports for a number while the board waits

Before

  • You hear about the slip in the meeting.
  • The number on the slide is three weeks old.
  • Someone asks why. You say you’ll find out.

With Humanistics

  • You knew on Tuesday, and so did the plan.
  • Every number is live, with its reason attached.
  • Someone asks why. You already have the answer.

This isn’t right for everyone.

It won’t ask you to change your systems. It may ask you to change your mind.

A strong fit

  • A hundred people or more, and a real leadership team
  • Projects that keep landing late, or numbers that keep missing
  • Leaders who hear about problems after they’ve happened
  • Willing to go first, and to act on what they see

Not a fit

  • Certain you already see everything
  • Waiting for someone else to prove it first
  • Looking for a dashboard to glance at, not an answer to act on

Two friends who believed
people deserve the truth.

Humanistics is a software company. Thirty years of learning how companies really work went into one platform, customized by hand for each leader.

Fair questions,
straight answers.

What is it, in one sentence?

The Humanistics platform, customized for each of your leaders: connected to everything they use, whatever it is, tuned to think the way they do, answering with live numbers in real time, and sharper every month as it learns them.

Is this surveillance of my people?

No, and the line is clear. It reads systems and reports, not people. How you make your decisions belongs to you. What you promised other people already belongs to everyone. That’s what a promise is.

What does it connect to?

Anything. Off-the-shelf apps like Salesforce, QuickBooks, Jira and Slack; the software your own team built; your databases; the spreadsheets and reports that go around by email. A person from Humanistics builds each connection, so there is no list you have to be on. If it holds data, it can read it.

Do we have to change our systems?

No. Nothing gets replaced and nothing gets migrated. It connects to what you have, exactly as it is, and you keep working the way you do.

How is this different from a dashboard, or a chatbot?

A dashboard shows you a number; this tells you why it moved and what happens next. A chatbot knows the internet. This is a chief of staff that knows your company: the Humanistics platform, connected by a real person to your real systems and tuned to how you think. And you ask in plain English.

Does every leader get the same thing?

No. Each leader gets the same platform in a different build. The CFO’s sees cash, commitments and the forecast. The COO’s sees every project. The CEO’s sees all of it, the way a CEO needs to. And each one keeps adapting to its leader.

Does it keep getting better?

Yes. It learns what you care about, how you ask, and what you act on, and it adapts as your company changes. It keeps seeing the company through your view, and month six is sharper than month one.

What does it cost?

A subscription, priced on the results we promise. No new technology to buy, and nothing to install on your systems. We’ll give you a number after the first meeting, once we know what we’d connect.

How soon do we see results?

On projects, at least 30% better in a short time frame. Elsewhere, across sales, retention, production and marketing, the real cause surfaced and measurable change in ninety days or less.

What’s the downside?

The technology is the easy part. What it shows you may mean doing things differently, and persuading your people to look at things differently. That work stays with you, and it’s real.

Who is this not for?

Companies certain they already see everything, and companies that would rather wait until someone else goes first.

How do we start?

One meeting. Tell us what keeps surprising you. We’ll tell you what we’d connect. Set up a meeting.

What’s going to surprise you
next month?

Let’s find out now, while you can still do something about it.
